After submitting a new ticket, please save your Ticket Tracking ID.
This will allow you to access your ticket in case of email delivery issues
(for example, email notifications can get into SPAM folder, etc.).

If you are experiencing an issue with our product, please mention the following details:
- The product title and version
- Your Windows version including services packs
- The sequence of your actions leading to the problem
- If possible, please send us your help project or provide a link where we can download it
