Your ePub eBook uses an image for the Cover Page, however, the image file is not defined. As a result, the Cover Page will not be displayed.
To resolve this issue, specify an image file or use another type of the Cover Page:
1.On the Project tab, in the Project group, click Project Options.
2.In the left sidebar, under ePub eBook, click Cover Page.
3.In the Cover Image box, specify the image file that you want to use.
4.Click OK.
