License Key

Once your order for HelpSmith is complete, you will receive a license key, which should be entered into the program to unlock it for use.

Enter your license details:

1.Start HelpSmith.

2.On the Start Page window, in the HelpSmith License section, click HelpSmith Activation.

3.In the dialog, enter your license key and press the Activate Now button.

Save Your Order Confirmation Email

You are strongly advised to save your order confirmation email for future reference.

Please do not distribute your license key and do not let anybody copy it. Otherwise, as stated in the license agreement, if your key is published anywhere, your license for using HelpSmith will be terminated.

Lost your key?

If, for any reason, you have lost your license key, just contact us and we will resend it to the email address you used when registering.
