Cut Content to the Clipboard


1.In the word processor, select the content that you want to cut and copy to the Clipboard.

2.On the Write tab, in the Clipboard group, click Cut.

 

You can also use the Ctrl+X keyboard shortcut for the Cut operation.

 

Copy Content to the Clipboard


1.In the word processor, select the content that you want to copy to the Clipboard.

2.On the Write tab, in the Clipboard group, click Copy.

 

You can also use the Ctrl+C keyboard shortcut for the Copy operation.

 

Paste Content from the Clipboard


1.In the word processor, put the cursor where you want to paste the content of the Clipboard.

2.On the Write tab, in the Clipboard group, click Paste.

 

You can also use the Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut for the Paste operation.

 

Remark: By clicking the lower half of the Paste button, you can select the format in which you want to paste content to the topic. For example, you can select to paste text from the Clipboard as formatted text, or as unformatted text without styles.
